August 11, 2008-Southfield, MI: LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announced a 1,980 square foot lease at 40210 W. 14 Mile Road in Commerce Township, Michigan. Tony Schmitt of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the tenant, Jimmy John's in this transaction.

The Oakland County Emerging Sectors program last week reported the following new investments for July:

Providence Park Hospital, Novi, Michigan's newest hospital, opens for tours from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.The 200-bed, $200-million facility officially opens at 6 a.m. Sept. 5. But the public is invited for a trolley tour of the campus, music, healthy food and other activities, including a chance to help create an art piece to hang in the hospital.

LaKritz-Weber is actively marketing two developments on the pad of Providence Park. The development will offer an opportunity for both retail and medical office.
