October 15, 2008, 2008-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 3,200 square foot lease in Riverbend Plaza at 13214 Jefferson Avenue in Detroit, Michigan. Adam Goodman and Gabe Schuchman of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the landlord, Riverbend Properties in this transaction.  Avenue Beauty is the new tenant.
