News: LaKritz-Weber & Company Represents Regency Beauty Institute

October 27, 2008-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 6,050 square foot lease in Hall Road Crossings at Hall and Schoenherr Roads in Shelby Township, Michigan.  Gabe Schuchman of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the tenant, Regency Beauty in this transaction.

This will be Regency Beauty's fourth campus in the State of Michigan.  The company currently has locations in Flint, Grand Rapids and Southgate.
