News: LaKritz-Weber & Company Leases Space at Country Creek Commons

January 4, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 4,277 square foot lease in Country Creek Commons at 4972 Adams Road in Oakland Township, Michigan.  Earnie Dearman and Adam Goodman of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the landlord, with Earnie also representing the tenant in this transaction.  The space, the former Country Creek diner, will be a new restaurant to be named.
