News: LaKritz-Weber & Company Leases Space at City Walk

November 23, 2009-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 1,800 square foot lease in City Walk at the southeast corner of Rochester and Tienken Roads in Rochester Hills, Michigan.  Gabe Schuchman of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the landlord, Aragona Properties, LLC in this transaction.  Beauty Island is the new tenant. 

Beauty Island will be offering spa services such as massages, facials, waxing and other related services.  Beauty Island is pleased to join Walgreen's, Big Boy, Comerica Bank and Sheild's Pizza at the City Walk development.  Recent tenants to join City Walk include Golf Etc., Great Clips and are in talks with other national tenants.
