January 28, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 61,000 square foot office sale at 32270 Telegraph Road in Bingham Farms, Michigan.  Gabe Schuchman of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the purchaser, 32270 Telegraph Road Office Building, LLC in this transaction.  The building was purchased for an undisclosed amount.  The new owners plan on upgrading the building and aggressively seeking new tenants for the remaining vacancy.
