January 26, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 2,000 square foot lease in the Rite Aid Shopping Center at Gould and Main Streets in Owosso, Michigan.  Tony Schmitt of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the tenant, Jimmy John's and Bryan Terrace of First Commercial represented the landlord in this transaction. 

This will be Jimmy John's first location in the Owosso area and will include a new drive-thru.
