News: LaKritz-Weber & Company Leases Space at City Walk

January 26, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 1,100 square foot lease in City Walk at the southeast corner of Rochester and Tienken Roads in Rochester Hills, Michigan.  Gabe Schuchman of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the landlord, City Walk, LLC in this transaction.  The new tenant, Great Clips was represented by Dave Hesano of Landmark Commercial Real Estate. 

Great Clips will be joining Walgreen's and the number one Big Boy in the State of Michigan.  Other new retailers at the shopping center include; Golf Etc. and Tropical Spa.
