News: LaKritz-Weber & Company Leases Space at Arbor Place

February 16, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 1,570 square foot lease in Arbor Place at 16999 Haggerty Road in Northville, Michigan.  Tony Schmitt and Gabe Schuchman of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the landlord, M-Jay Properties in this transaction.  Spencer Cleaners is the new tenant. 

This is Spencer Cleaners third location, they join CVS and Charlie's Grill at this well positioned shopping center in Northville, Michigan.  The landlord created the space by dividing a former Mammoth Video in an effort to create more small shop retail space along the busy Haggerty Road corridor.
