News: LaKritz-Weber Leases Space at Country Creek Commons

February 9, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 4,274 square foot lease in Country Creek Commons at Silver Bell and Adams Roads in Oakland Township, Michigan.  Earnie Dearman and Adam Goodman of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the landlord, Eagle Creek Master LLC in this transaction with Earnie Dearman also representing the tenant, Green Leaf Salon & Spa LLC.

This is Green Leaf Salon & Spa's first location and they are excited to join CVS and Fresh Fare (Kroger's upscale concept) at Country Creek Commons.
