February 18, 2010, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 2,000 square foot lease in Imperial Plaza at 41841 Garfield Road in Clinton Township, Michigan.  Adam Goodman and Gaven LaKritz of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the landlord, Imperial Investments Limited Partnership in this transaction.  Avon Beauty Center is the new tenant.
