News: LaKritz-Weber & Company Leases Space at Village Lakes

February 19, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 3,000 square foot lease in Village Lakes Shopping Center at the southeast corner of Highland and Elizabeth Lake Roads in White Lake, Michigan.  Gabe Schuchman and Tony Schmitt of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the landlord, GKMS Village Lakes, LLC in this transaction.  The new tenant is Waterfall Jewelers.

Waterfall Jewelers will be opening their second store at this JC Penney, Marshall's and Kroger anchored shopping center.  Waterfall Jewelers is the premier jewelry store in Northern Oakland County and has been servicing thousands of customers from their Dixie Highway location.  Waterfall Jewelers will be an excellent addition to the premier retailers already at the Village Lake project.
