News: LaKritz-Weber & Company Leases Space in Imperial Plaza

March 22, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 1,400 square foot lease in Imperial Plaza at 41731 Garfield Road in Clinton Township, Michigan.  Adam Goodman and Gaven LaKritz of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the landlord, Imperial Investments Limited Partnership in this transaction.  The new tenant Great Clips, was represented by Dave Hesano of Landmark Commercial Real Estate Services.

Great Clips grand opening is planned for spring 2010.
