April 14, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 1,050 square foot lease in Bayriver Marketplace at 36375 26 Mile Road in Lenox Township, Michigan.  Gabe Schuchman of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the landlord Aragona Properties in this transaction.  The new tenant to join this Meijer anchored shopping center is Great Clips.
