April 13, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 2,140 square foot lease in White Lake Marketplace at 9060 Highland Road in White Lake, Michigan.  Gabe Schuchman of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the landlord Gershenson Realty Investment in this transaction.  Gamestop is the new tenant in this Wal-Mart anchored center, which is currently expanding into a Super Wal-Mart.
