April 26, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 1,300 square foot lease expansion in Fox Hill Mall Shopping Center at 37899 Mound Road in Sterling Heights, Michigan.  Dave Gronbach of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the landlord, Fox Hill Mall of Sterling Heights, LLC and the tenant, CJ's Smoker Shop in this transaction. 

CJ's Smoker Shop expanded their 1,300 square foot space to a 2,600 square foot space.
