News: LaKritz-Weber & Company Leases Space at Bayview Marketplace

April 29, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 1,924 square foot lease in Bayview Marketplace at Wayne and Cherry Hill Roads in Westland, Michigan.  Gabe of Schuchman of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the landlord, Westland Associates Partners, LLC in this transaction.  The new tenant is Skynet, Incorporated.

Skynet will be joining Aldi and Anytime Fitness, among other tenants in Bayview Marketplace.
