June 7, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 3,200 square foot lease at 22540 Woodward Avenue in Ferndale, Michigan.  Adam Goodman and Tony Schmitt of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the landlord, Kobacker Associates in this transaction.  The new tenant is Farkas Chiropractic.
