News: LaKritz-Weber & Company Represents the Sale of 209 S. State Street

May 18, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 10,000 square foot sale at 209 S. State Street in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  Tony Schmitt of LaKritz-Weber & Company completed this transaction on behalf of the landlord, Blue Star International LLC.  The new tenant will be CVS and was represented by Velmeir.

CVS purchased this existing property in Downtown Ann Arbor with plans on renovating for a new drug store location.  This prominent location will service the strong Ann Arbor business and student community, specifically the new North Quad set to open this year.
