June 29, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 2,000 square foot lease in Riverbend Plaza at 13334 Jefferson Avenue in Detroit, Michigan.  Adam Goodman and Gabe Schuchman of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the landlord, Riverbend Properties II, LLC in this transaction.  The new tenant, GameStop was represented by John Kello of Landmark Commercial Real Estate. 

Riverbend Plaza is a Parkway Foods anchored shopping center located in the heart of Downtown Detroit.  This high traffic, high visibility shopping center is uniquely situated near both the city's growing residential areas and the Downtown Business District with a strong daytime employment population.
