News: LaKritz-Weber & Company Leases Space at Mack-Alter Square

June 29, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 3,200 square foot lease in Mack Alter Square at 14740 Mack Avenue in Detroit, Michigan.  Adam Goodman and Gabe Schuchman of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the landlord, Mack-Alter LLC in this transaction.  The new tenant is Communicating Arts Credit Union.

This will be Communicating Arts Credit Union's third location.  CACU has a rich 75 year history operating in the city of Detroit and continues to receive national recognition for its innovative programs, leadership and vision. 

Developed in 2005, Mack Alter Square has become the dominant shopping center on the city's east side.  The center is anchored by Aldi, Rite Aid and Family Dollar.  LaKritz-Weber is proud to announce that with this lease signing, the center is again 100% occupied.
