News: LaKritz-Weber & Company Represents Logan's Roadhouse

July 12, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 1.76 acre outparcel lease at the Auburn Mile on Brown Road between Baldwin and Joslyn Roads in Auburn Hills, Michigan.  Tony Schmitt of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the tenant, Logan's Roadhouse in this transaction. 

This will be Logan's sixteenth location in the Michigan market and the seventh in the Metro Detroit area.  Located across from Great Lakes Crossing, Logan's is joining Olive Garden, Target and Meijer on this very visible pad location along I-75.  This is Logan's first new Michigan store in five years.
