July 12, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 1,545 square foot lease in Old Orchard Shopping Center at the southeast corner of Maple & Orchard Lake Roads in West Bloomfield, Michigan.  Tony Schmitt of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the tenant, Jimmy John's in this transaction. 

Jimmy John's will be joining Plum Market, Olga's, Five Guys Burgers and Fries and many others in this recently renovated shopping center.
