August 6, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 3,200 square foot lease in Riverbend Plaza at 13328 Jefferson Avenue in Detroit, Michigan.   Adam Goodman and Gabe Schuchman of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the landlord, Riverbend Properties II, LLC in this transaction.  The new tenant is Sneaker Station.
