August 6, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a lease at 31205 Utica Road in Fraser, Michigan.  Tony Schmitt of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the landlord, Simon Development, LLC and the tenant, Jimmy John's in this transaction. 

Jimmy John's is now open in this former Starbucks drive-thru location.
