August 10, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 1,263 square foot lease in Country Creek Commons at Silverbell and Adams Roads in Oakland Township, Michigan.  Adam Goodman & Earnie Dearman of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the landlord, Burton-Katzman in this transaction.  The new tenant, Kumon Learning Centers was represented by Kevin Berke of the Beale Group.
