December 1, 2010-Southfield, MI:  LaKritz-Weber & Company, the retail real estate experts, announce a 1,302 square foot lease in the Canton Gateway Shopping Center at 4041 S. Canton Center Road in Canton, Michigan.  Gabe Schuchman and Adam Goodman of LaKritz-Weber & Company represented the landlord, Canton Gateway, LLC in this transaction.  The new tenant is Lovely Nails, Inc.
