Brooke Wolf, Vice President Specialty Leasing, is a retail leasing associate at LaKritz-Weber & Company and has been with the company since 1993. She has been involved with real estate all of her life, as her father is a developer in Michigan. The focus of her activities are split equally between landlord and tenant representation and tenanting new strip centers with high-end specialty retailers. Over the years she has been handling developments from the design process to leasing, and then to a full opening of the shopping center. She has represented many national retailers upon their initial entry into the market and expanded their concepts to a 30+ store operation. Brooke is a member of the ICSC and sits on the Real Estate Committee for the Jewish Federation in Metro Detroit. Prior to entering into the field of real estate, Brooke graduated from the University of Michigan in May of 1993.
