Tony Schmitt is a Vice President of LaKritz-Weber & Company in the sales and leasing department specializing in tenant and landlord representation. Since 1996, Mr. Schmitt has been directly involved in all aspects of the commercial real estate industry including leasing, development, consulting, investment sales and financing. Currently, Mr. Schmitt is working with a number of strong national and local retailers that include Logan's Roadhouse, Pei Wei, Kirkland's Home, CiCi's Pizza, Jimmy John's Subs, Elephant Bar & Restaurant, Granite City Brewery, The UPS Store, Carvel Ice Cream, Papa Vino's and Newton Furniture. Tony is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers serving on the State Committee as well as ICSC's National Advisory Panel for Next Generation. He is a graduate of The University of Michigan.
