Nicole Coschino

Nicole joined LaKritz-Weber & Company in 2007 as the Director of Marketing. She is responsible for the marketing, advertising and public relations of the company. In addition, she develops the LaKritz-Weber & Company displays and collateral material for all trade shows and conventions. Nicole began her commercial real estate marketing career in 2002 as an intern with a full service commercial real estate firm in Southfield, Michigan. Shortly thereafter, she graduated from Wayne State University with her bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a major in marketing and began working full time as a commercial real estate marketing associate. Since joining LaKritz-Weber & Company Nicole has become an integral part of the team. While supporting the marketing efforts of the entire brokerage staff, she has taken the firms marketing to the next level.
