David Gronbach

David Gronbach brings to LaKritz-Weber over thirty five years of retail real estate experience. Formerly as Vice President of Real Estate with a regionally based retailer with over seventy locations, Dave has extensive knowledge and experience of commercial real estate, particularly in property and project management. Dave is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, currently serving as the State Retail Chairman.  He is also the Chairman of the Farmington Planning Commission and member of the Farmington DDA Design Committee. Dave is a graduate of Wayne State University and has a Michigan Brokers License.

David has joined Retail Center Management as its Executive Vice President and CEO.  Retail Center Management is a new property management company which will actively handle third party management, lender distressed properties as well as the existing LaKritz-Weber portfolio.  Presently, the new company involves retail properties only.
