East Brooke Commons is anchored by Petco, Fitness 19, Salvatore Scallopini, Subway and FedEx Kinko's. East Brooke Commons is centered in the City's DDA district which continues to heavily invest in projects along the Gratiot corridor. Still to this day the Gratiot corridor enjoys some of the highest volumes in Metro Detroit. Gratiot enjoys tremendous daytime employment and unbelievable population densities. |
