The former Detroit News printing press building was designed by Albert Kahn in 1908 and was rehabbed this past year. The building was rehabbed to its original design and is a unique opportunity for both retail and office users. The two story building has approximately 16,000 square feet of office space on the second floor and 6,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor. Additionally, there are 30 parking spaces within the building and over 40 non-exclusive outside spaces. The building has elevator access and two stair wells for tenant and customer usage. |
