The subject shopping center is ideally positioned at the southeast corner of Delco and Hall Road (M-59). On the Southwest corner of Delco and Hall Road (M-59) is Delco Plaza which is anchored by Bed Bath and Beyond, Dunham's and Babies R' Us. Not only is the subject shopping center is positioned just east of M-53 (Van Dyke Expressway) it is also at a lit intersection and is the main entrance to the subject retail center as well as Delco Plaza.
